With a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and 20 years of experience working with the human body, Tinika brings an exceptional understanding of movement, anatomy, injury, and recovery to clinical massage.

She specializes in working with clients dealing with chronic pain, recurring muscle tension, sports-related issues, restricted movement, and complex conditions that may require a more targeted approach. Her sessions are highly individualized, combining clinical and sports massage techniques with trigger point therapy, extensive stretching, cupping, and other tools when appropriate.

Tinika also brings extensive experience working with individuals throughout the recovery process following injury or surgery. For clients who have completed or are currently receiving rehabilitation elsewhere, massage can be tailored to complement their established recovery plan and any applicable medical restrictions.
