I have been a holistic wellness enthusiast for as long as I can remember. I have always loved to experiment and explore different modalities of wellness whether the topic be movement, nutrition, art therapy, or herbalism. The list goes on and on! I am dedicated to my studies and motivated to all the possibilities of healing that learning could inspire.. Knowing that I am able to bring relaxation to people in a world full of stress- even if only for an hour- fuels me with so much purpose.
