I have been a holistic wellness enthusiast for as long as I can remember. I have always loved to experiment and explore different modalities of wellness whether the topic be movement, nutrition, art therapy, or herbalism. The list goes on and on! I am dedicated to my studies and motivated to all the possibilities of healing that learning could inspire..
