Hi, I’m Darian — a licensed massage therapist with a lifelong passion for movement and recovery. I’ve been exercising for over 15 years, with experience in powerlifting, Olympic lifting, and CrossFit. That personal background gives me a deep understanding of how training pushes the body and where athletes often need the most support.

I’ve been practicing massage therapy since July 2022 and gained hands-on experience in a chiropractic office, helping clients with pain management, recovery, and injury prevention. I specialize in therapeutic massage — including Swedish, deep tissue, cupping, and trigger point therapy — and each session is tailored to your unique needs.
