My journey toward massage therapy began early in life. Introduced to gymnastics as a toddler, I developed a deep connection to movement, body awareness, and physical discipline, an experience that stayed with me through high school and into college. Growing up, I was also fortunate to receive massage from my grandfather, a licensed massage therapist, which helped instill a lasting appreciation for the healing power of touch.

Although I began college uncertain about my career path, I eventually realized that my physical awareness, combined with a desire to help others, naturally aligned with the field of massage therapy. Today, I bring a client-centered approach to my practice, blending evidence-based therapeutic techniques with a compassionate, intuitive touch.

My training includes a range of modalities designed to relieve pain, reduce stress, and restore balance—each session customized to support the unique needs of my clients.
