Each session incorporates a personalized combination of modalities, including deep tissue, sports and Swedish massage techniques (including muscle scraping [IASTM} and cupping) to best support your individual needs.

Whether you're seeking relief from muscle tension, recovering from physical activity, managing chronic pain, or simply taking the time to relax and reset (love that for you), here are some things that a session can help with:

Address those everyday aches and pains
Reduce stress and promote relaxation (good-bye fight or flight!)
Support athletic performance and recovery (pre/post competition or general maintenance)
Improves circulation and mobility
Provide relief from chronic pain & discomfort
Better sleep=better mood
