Hello! My name is Terry and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (#18492) who combines over a decade of experience in the healthcare field with deep understanding of the body’s anatomy and needs. Whether you're seeking relief from chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or simply looking to unwind, I provide a customized experience by using a combination of effective and therapeutic modalities, including:

Swedish Massage: Gentle, soothing techniques that promote relaxation and improve circulation.
Deep Tissue Massage: Focused pressure designed to release chronic tension and alleviate muscle stiffness.
Myofascial Release: Targeted techniques to address fascial restrictions and improve movement.
Trigger Point Therapy: Focused work on specific muscle knots and trigger points to reduce pain and restore function.
Cupping Therapy: A form of therapy that uses suction to relieve tension and improve blood flow.
Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM): A therapeutic technique to break down scar tissue and fascial restrictions for improved mobility and recovery.

All appointments are subject to approval.
An intake form will be emailed to you. Please fill out these forms prior to your appointment.
It is advised to arrive between 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This time to allow us to have a verbal intake assessment, as well as time to discuss treatment goals.
Late arrival policy: Life happens! Late arrivals will receive a shortened treatment time that will end at the original designated time. These appointments will not be discounted. Arriving more than 15 minutes late with no communication will be considered a no show.
Cancellation policy: Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. As a solo practitioner, late cancellation and no-shows directly impact my ability to serve other clients. Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointments with more than 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a $50 cancellation fee. This fee helps compensate for reserved time that cannot be rebooked on short notice. Late cancellation fees must be paid before booking future appointments. This includes sexual solicitation, insinuation, gestures or jokes. In these instances, your session will be immediately terminated, you will be charged the full amount of service, and you will be refused any future services.
