My journey into healing work began with my own experience navigating chronic illness, trauma, and the long road back to myself. Through that process, I learned firsthand that healing is not just physical; it’s emotional, energetic, and deeply personal.

That understanding shapes every session I offer. My approach is intuitive and compassionate, combining therapeutic massage techniques like Swedish, deep tissue, and cupping with the calming, restorative power of Reiki. I also incorporate sound therapy to help regulate the nervous system and support deeper healing.

I believe that the body holds wisdom and the ability to heal itself when given the right conditions, a safe touch, skilled care, and space to simply be. My goal is to provide that space: to meet each client exactly where they are, honor their lived experience, and support their healing in a way that feels grounded, empowering, and nurturing.
