At Just for Today, I believe massage should feel both therapeutic and deeply comforting. My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, breathe, and let your body finally relax a little. Whether you’re dealing with chronic tension, stress, pain, or just feeling worn down by life, each session is tailored to what you need that day.

I take a gentle but effective approach, blending therapeutic techniques with calming, restorative care. I love helping people feel more comfortable in their bodies—less tight, less overwhelmed, and more able to move and rest with ease. I truly believe the nervous system plays a huge role in healing, and sometimes the most important thing we can do is give the body a safe space to soften and reset.

More than anything, I want clients to feel cared for when they walk through my door. No pressure, no judgment—just thoughtful bodywork, a calming environment, and time set aside just for you.

At Just For Today Massage, the safety and comfort of every client is our priority. Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who is required to remain in the treatment room during the entire massage session. Written consent from a parent or legal guardian is required prior to treatment for all clients under 18.
