Tailored Massage, Designed for You

No two bodies—or two people—are exactly alike. Your session is tailored to what your body needs that day. Depending on your goals, comfort level, and preferences, I may incorporate a combination of the modalities and techniques I have been trained in, including:

Swedish Massage
Deep Tissue Massage
Therapeutic Massage
Myofascial Release
Trigger Point Therapy
Neuromuscular Techniques
Sports Massage
Stretching & Assisted Stretching
Lymphatic Massage Techniques
Craniosacral-Inspired Techniques
Reflexology
Hot Stone Massage
Aromatherapy
Breathwork
Somatic Bodywork
Energy Healing
Intuitive Touch
Relaxation & Stress-Relief Techniques
Mind-Body Awareness Practices

Rather than following a one-size-fits-all routine, I listen to your body and adjust the session accordingly—combining techniques when appropriate to create a truly tailored massage experience.

Your comfort, boundaries, and consent are an important part of every session. You are always encouraged to communicate what feels supportive and what doesn't.

My intention is to create a space where you can exhale, feel grounded, reconnect with yourself, and receive the care your body is asking for.
