Kristine Jones is a 6th Degree Black Belt, licensed massage therapist, Reiki Master Teacher, certified personal trainer, certified sports nutrition specialist, and author of STAYED, with a lifelong passion for helping others grow stronger in both body and mind. As the owner of The POUND Martial Arts Center since 2010, and founder and chairman of The Center since 2022, her work has always centered around community, personal growth, leadership, and wellness.

With a background in Business and Finance from American Military University, Kristine blends professionalism with a deeply personal approach to mentorship, healing, and education. Whether working with children in martial arts, supporting clients through wellness services, or building programs for the community, she believes in creating spaces where people feel supported, empowered, and genuinely cared for. Above all else, she is a proud mom who values connection, compassion, and helping people become the strongest version of themselves.
