Every person who comes through the door is different, and every session is unique. Some people need focused therapeutic work for an injury. Others need to relax mind and body, slow down, and take a break from the stresses of everyday life. Most people need a little of both.

I don't put labels on my work because I believe each session should be built around what you need on that day. I use the experience I have gained over many years and thousands of treatments to tailor each session to the individual on my table at the moment.

I find that incorporating specific combinations of our hot stones, cupping, and proprietary sore muscle elixir as meaningful tools add another dimension to the work I am doing and often contribute to a superior therapeutic experience. In the end it is results that I am striving for.
