I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in both the State of Colorado and also licensed in China. I am proud to be a part of the Colony Square Therapeutic Massage family of exceptional practitioners.

I initially received my Massage Therapy training at Behiai Tui Na Occupational Training School in Beihai, China. I was originally trained in the traditional Chinese hospital style of soft tissue therapeutic preparation for a team of doctors (Chiropractic, Acupuncture, and TCM practitioners). The program was a traditional working apprenticeship program where I studied under, and worked side-by-side, a master practitioner and mentor at the hospital.

In 2009 I moved to America and adapted what I practiced in China to a style more familiar in the west. Now, instead of following doctor’s orders I use what I have learned to discover the best path forward for each individual client so I can help restore balance to where there is imbalance. My goal is to make each and every client’s life a little bit better.

One technique I have mastered here is hot stone massage. I love to use hot stones to get into tight areas firmly, but gently, using them as a tool. The warmth of the stones relaxes the area and lets me relax and relieve tension deeper into the underlying tissue.

I do vacuum cupping, which is just deep tissue work in reverse. Cupping as part of therapeutic massage adds a whole other range of manipulation. With the increased range of motion cupping can increasing the therapeutic results of the massage treatment.

I don’t like to put a label, like deep tissue, or sports massage, on my style because I find that limiting. I like to use an intuitive approach to bring my many years of experience and almost 20,000 individual treatments to my treatment table. My goal is to find the solution for your individual concerns on this particular visit, every visit.
