Before becoming a Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist, I spent over five years as a Certified Nursing Assistant in behavioral health, physical rehabilitation, and in-home care. That background taught me how deeply connected the body and mind are, and how compassionate, skilled care can change the way someone moves, feels, and lives.
