I am a lifelong seeker of truth, healing, and beauty, guided by intuition, science, and the profound connection between body, mind, and nature. With over 22 years of experience as a master massage therapist and personal trainer, I specialize in restoring movement, easing pain, and unlocking the body’s natural potential through a fusion of therapeutic touch, exercise science, and deep listening. My work isn’t just about muscles; it’s about unraveling the stories they hold, realigning posture, and helping people move, feel, and live better. I believe true healing happens when we address the root causes of dysfunction, not just the symptoms, and I integrate fascia work, neuromuscular facilitation, and a holistic understanding of the body into every session.

Beyond bodywork, I am an artist—seeing the world through the lens of meditative photography. My work is impressionistic, capturing patterns, movement, and the ethereal interplay of light and nature, particularly along the stunning Monterey Peninsula where I call home. I guide others in discovering their own visual language through iPhone photography, teaching that seeing deeply is a practice in mindfulness. Photography is not just an art form to me; it is a way of connecting with the present moment, much like my approach to massage—both are acts of intuition, touch, and feeling.

Health and longevity fascinate me. Having faced my own challenges with hypermobility, POTS, and MCAS, I have learned how to nourish my body through a plant-based pescatarian lifestyle, movement, and intermittent fasting. I believe in bio-individuality—what works for one may not work for another—but through self-experimentation and deep awareness, we can all find our unique paths to strength and vitality. My approach to fitness isn’t about extremes; it’s about sustainability, efficiency, and working with the body, not against it. I help clients “hack” their workouts by integrating physical therapy principles, injury prevention, and optimal movement patterns for long-term resilience.

At my core, I believe in balance—between effort and surrender, science and intuition, discipline and play. Whether I am working with a client on the massage table, leading a photography walk, or refining my own health practices, my philosophy remains the same: see deeply, feel fully, move wisely, and heal holistically.
