Hi, I’m Dana (she/they). I’m a Certified Massage Therapist (#98643) and Usui/Tibetan Reiki Master. My work provides holistic care that addresses both the physical manifestations of pain and the underlying roots. Ultimately, I intend to connect clients to the peace that lies within the sanctuary of their bodies.

I received my massage training at East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon. My academic background is in sociology with a focus on generational trauma and storytelling. Before I was a bodyworker, I spent several years as a K-8 public educator, providing academic and social-emotional support to neurodivergent students.

My Values

My approach to bodywork prioritizes nervous system regulation and unwinding tension patterns in muscles and fascia. I feel that a regulated nervous system is a doorway to deep connection, fulfillment, and physical healing– first for individuals and then the collective.
I am committed to creating trauma-informed spaces for deep witnessing, exploration, and transformation. With an emphasis on clear, collaborative consent, I ensure that every session is guided by your unique needs.
I want to help you feel at ease in the home of your body and our Earth. Whether you seek relief from a specific injury, a way to calm a busy mind, connection to your inner-wisdom, or simply a moment to rest, there is a place for you on my table.
I welcome all bodies to my practice. I foster a safe and affirming environment for queer and non-binary folx, highly sensitive people, neurodivergent individuals, those experiencing chronic pain, artists, and activists.
I believe that all humans hold the key to their own growth and healing. I also recognize that humans are interdependent; we need one another as we navigate obstacles in the river of life. Through massage and Reiki, my intention is to serve as a witness, a respite, and a source of inspiration on your journey.

My Services:

Therapeutic Massage

Integrated massage sessions consider you, your health, and unique goals to deliver a specialized massage.
Sessions incorporate Swedish, Tui Na, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, Neuromuscular, Trigger Point, and Craniosacral techniques.
Massage can induce deep relaxation, improve circulation, improve mobility in joints, relieve tension in muscles and fascia, improve your ability to receive healthy touch, improve sleep, and connect you an overall sense of wellbeing.
What to wear: You can choose to be fully clothed or undressed to your comfort level during the session. If clothed, please wear fabrics that you can move around in. If unclothed, you will be underneath sheets and I will ensure your privacy with draping.

Reiki

Each Reiki session is a unique experience intended to bring grounding, balance, and harmony to your energy system.
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice that involves light touch and intention to direct reiki (霊気) or “divine energy” to the client. Sessions without touch are available upon request.
On a spiritual level, Reiki can clarify your inner wisdom, transmute unhelpful energy, and remind you of your loving wholeness. On a physiological level, Reiki can relieve pain, induce the “rest and digest” parasympathetic state, and lower cortisol levels to support the body’s natural healing process.
What to wear: Comfortable, cozy clothing.
