Rest. Recover. Reconnect. I believe massage is more than relief—it’s a return to yourself. With over a decade of hands-on experience, I specialize in integrative muscle work, myofascial release, and deep tissue therapy to help clients move through pain, tension, and emotional overwhelm.

My sessions are intuitive, therapeutic, and deeply grounding. Whether you’re recovering from injury, navigating chronic discomfort, or simply seeking stillness, I meet you where you are—with presence, precision, and care.

I trained at the Alexander School of Natural Therapeutics in Tacoma, WA, where I learned to approach massage not just as a technique, but as a way to help people reconnect with their breath, release tension, and become more aware of their bodies.

Clients often describe my touch as gentle yet precise, and my sessions as restorative and grounding. I also love weaving in spa elements like Luminous Release Facial and Headspace Therapy—sensory-rich rituals that invite breath, soften the mind, and deepen the experience of care.

I offer Vibroacoustic Therapy, a sound-based modality that uses low-frequency vibration to calm the nervous system and support emotional balance. It’s a gentle yet powerful complement to bodywork, especially for clients experiencing stress, anxiety, or chronic discomfort.

Serving the Eatonville community is a joy. At Elk Hills Massage & Bodywork, I’ve created a space where people can rest, recover, and reconnect—with their bodies, their breath, and their sense of wholeness.
