I’m a licensed massage therapist, certified in April 2026 after graduating from the Academy of Alternative Healing Solutions earlier this year. I bring a fresh yet intuitive approach to bodywork blending therapeutic techniques with a holistic understanding of the body, mind, and energy.

My work is rooted in the belief that the body holds both tension and wisdom. Through intentional, personalized sessions, I create a safe and supportive space where you can release stored stress, reconnect with yourself, and return to a more balanced state.
