What got you into massage therapy?

It all started with my great grandmother. Witnessing the relief and difference I could create by massaging her hundred-year-old body filled my spirit. Those special times of connecting with her muscles and breath inspired me to pursue the path of helping others with pain and dysfunction.

What other elements of your life do you bring to your therapy?

From yoga, I have deep roots that stabilize me and allow patients feel safe and
grounded. From meditation, I have the quietness to listen. From dance, I learn rhythm
which creates the flow of every session and the importance of breath. Lastly I draw from
art, to approach challenges with creativity and curiosity.

What kind of pressure can I expect to receive?

You can expect firm, moderate, and light pressure all depending on your needs at that time and the needs of the muscles. Through breath and communication, we will work together to discover the best pressure for you!
