Hello! I'm Gina Griffin born and raised in Philadelphia and since 2020 a grateful and beachy Floridian!

Since childhood I have been amazed by the human body. We are gifted to grow, hone, heal, and love these bodies in which we live. I am grateful to have found one of my places in the world as someone who is in touch with my own body as well as others.

Philadelphia has a hard core sports loving community, and I fell in with that homegrown athletic drive since I could walk. Beginning with ballet as a toddler and moving to adulthood with everything from cheerleading, flag football, to ultimate frisbee and collegiate swimming, I am able to place myself where clients are and use my personal knowledge of kinesiology to help guide clients along from injury to health, to more mobility, to higher levels of personal ability, and deeper levels of comfort for pregnant mommies and babies.

I attended Shippensburg and Saint Joseph's Universities where I studied English Literature and Excercise Science. Afterwards, I got my massage degree in Philadelphia in a highly comprehensive and competitive program and have been taking continuing education for multiple modalities including Lymphatic Drainage, Prenatal, Table Thai, Trigger Point Therapy, and being mentored this summer in Neuromuscular Therapy for the last two decades.

I have worked with players from Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles and been to the World Series and Superbowls in three championship seasons. In addition, I have worked with Olympic gold medalist NHL players, and championship fighters from the UFC. The most fun was probably working with Disney on Ice. When you get to come to work and massage Nemo and Lumiere from Beauty and the Beast, it is pretty much a dream come true for the child and the professional in me. Closest to heart and home though are my clients and friends who are fellow local tennis players here in South Florida.

Helping others feel their best whether it be on my table or giving a compliment to someone in Publix, keeps me feeling purposeful in life. I am grateful for all of the lives who have touched mine and whose I have been able to touch literally and figuratively in my 21 years as a Massage Therapist, and I am excited to journey with new clients in making moves toward healthier and happier lives.
