I am proud to serve my community as a Professional Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer. I am a certified Massage Therapist serving the Elk Grove/ Sacramento area. I graduated in March of 2025 from National Holistic Institute (NHI). I also have a NASM certification (CPT - Certified Personal Trainer) that allows me help create strength building/ mobility routines to improve your life!
