With more than 15 years of healthcare experience as a Certified Nurse Aide, military-trained Surgical Technician, and Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician, I bring a strong foundation in anatomy, patient care, and compassionate service.

I am certified in Orthopedic Massage Therapy and use an individualized approach to address muscular tension, mobility concerns, soft-tissue restrictions, and discomfort. My techniques include Deep Tissue, Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, stretching, hot stones, cupping, and IASTM.
