Hello, and thank you for visiting my page. I am an experienced Massage Therapist with three degrees in health-related fields and a passion for helping others feel their best.

I accept NYSHIP, Aetna, and Veterans’ insurance for medical massage services. If you have any questions about coverage or treatment, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

My specialties include relaxation massage, lymphatic drainage (including post-operative care for breast cancer, liposuction, and other plastic surgeries), infant and prenatal massage, sports massage, hot stone therapy, cupping, and orthopedic/medical massage. My approach is designed to leave you deeply relaxed, using slow, intentional movements, hot CoreStones (weighted, cylindrical stones for deeper release), and a 360-degree focus on your area of concern. I incorporate a variety of techniques tailored to your needs, understanding that healing takes time—sometimes results are immediate, while other times they develop gradually. I also provide home exercises and stretches to support your recovery and strengthen your body.

I am dedicated to helping clients reduce pain, maintain function, improve flexibility, and enhance overall well-being. I strongly believe that starting self-care early leads to a higher quality of life later on. Regular stretching, movement, and strengthening can reduce restrictions, minimize nerve impingement, ease muscle tightness, and improve circulation.

With 28 years of experience in fitness, I guide my clients in exercises, foam rolling, and stretching techniques to support long-term relief and wellness. I feel truly grateful to have found my passion and purpose in this field. Thank you for allowing me to be part of your healing journey.
