My specialties are Relaxation, Lymphatic Drainage, Infant, Prenatal, Sports Massage, Hot Stones, Cupping and Orthopedic/Medical Massage.

I enjoy helping people decrease pain, stay functional, relax and help improve flexibility and well being.

I truly believe that if you start early with self care, your older years will be of better quality. If you stretch, move, and strengthen, these three concepts are the way to less restrictions leading to less nerve impingements, muscle tightness and improved blood flow. With 28 years in fitness, I teach my clients exercises to strengthen, foam rolling and stretches to decrease pain.
