Therapeutic massage focused on helping you move, feel, and function better → not just for the next day or two!

With 10 years of hands-on experience and a strong interest in kinesiology and how the body moves as a whole, I take an individualized approach that blends focused therapeutic work with relaxation-focused care. Every session is tailored to your needs and goals for the day and beyond ?

I believe understanding the full picture matters, which is why I take time before each session to listen, ask questions, and better understand what’s been going on in your body. Pain and tension are often influenced by daily habits, stress, movement patterns, posture, work, and previous injuries, and I aim to approach each session thoughtfully and intentionally.

Sessions may incorporate:
• Targeted work for chronic tension
• Swedish relaxation
• Myofascial release
• Trigger point therapy
• Mobility-focused techniques

I frequently work with clients experiencing:

• Chronic neck, shoulder, low back, and hip tension
• Headaches and jaw tension
• Repetitive-use pain and postural strain
• Mobility restrictions and muscle tightness
• Plantar fasciitis
• Shoulder immobility

My goal is to help you leave feeling lighter, more mobile, more relaxed, and more comfortable in your body! ☺️☀️
