With Meridian Medical Massage Since 2025

Teresa has been involved in holistic healing for many years now, and she has been a massage practitioner since 2018 when she graduated from Alexandar School of Natural Theraputic. Teresa loves learning new modalities and has taken several advanced training classes, these classes along with her desire to heal is what leaves her patients astonished that she has not been in the field longer. Teresa specializes in fascial systems of the body, deep trigger point work, structural alignment and treatment massage cupping, tunai , shiatsu trigger point. Her goal and passion is to help her patients gain a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection. In addition to massage and body work Teresa is also a certified reiki practitioner, and is working towards a career in helping people unlock their truest potential.
