At DEPTH bodywork + Massage, our primary focus is to help your body move better. As a result of this, our techniques may be different than traditional Swedish Massage. While relaxation is often a byproduct of our bodywork, it is not our primary focus unless requested. Some massage sessions may include therapeutic, safe levels of discomfort. We still offer Relaxation-focused massage and Swedish Massage if a client specifies, so please be vocal with your therapist so we can best help you!
