Hey, I’m Megs!

—Registered Massage Therapist, former personal trainer, and founder of Rest & Restore, my private massage studio in Etobicoke, with mobile sessions also available across the GTA.

I became a massage therapist after receiving a treatment that changed everything for me. It was at a luxury spa—my first real moment of pause in a long time. I didn’t realize how much physical and emotional weight I was carrying until that session helped me fully exhale. I left feeling lighter, stretched out, and recharged—like something in me had finally clicked back into place. That feeling of relief and inspiration stayed with me, and it’s what planted the seed for what would become Rest & Restore.

Outside the treatment room, I’m passionate about movement, creativity, and balance. I love getting massages myself, going for long walks, strength training, and spending time with my two cats. I’m always vibing to Caribbean music and R&B, and when I’m not working with my hands in clinic, I’m usually sewing, watching anime, or enjoying a good meal.

Whether you come to me for recovery, relaxation, or something in between—my goal is to hold space for you to feel safe, seen, and deeply restored.
