Hi! I'm Kobi. I'm a holistic massage and craniosacral therapist. I approach massage from a nervous system based, trauma informed perspective; offering truly therapeutic work. I love helping women in the Anderson area find deepest root cause healing, specializing in TMJD, chronic pain, and lumbosacral dysfunction. I incorporate a variety of modalities including myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, cupping and craniosacral therapy.

Our physical, emotional and spiritual health are all tied together and I aim to help my clients bridge the gap between these areas. Our bodies are wise and resilient but sometimes a big emotional upheaval or just the little daily stressors of modern life start to show up in the body as restrictions, pain or weakness.

I enjoy collaborating with my clients, bringing awareness to movement patterns that may be contributing to pain, and lifestyle shift recommendations to reduce nervous system tension.
