We all have aches, pains, and issues that are easy to pinpoint, but what about the ones that aren’t so obvious? Sometimes, the discomfort you feel stems from deeper patterns — physical tension in areas of the body other than the pain point, emotional holding patterns, or energetic blockages you may not even be aware of. My greatest joy is helping you address these underlying causes, so you can experience deep healing and get back to the activities you love!

Drawing from my experience with Swedish massage, deep tissue, ashiatsu, myofascial release, soft tissue release, Reiki, craniosacral therapy, cupping and aromatherapy I create a custom healing experience just for you. With each session I am engaging with both the seen and unseen aspects of your being and giving your body’s inner wisdom a personal invitation for thorough healing. By blending technical skill with intuitive awareness, I nurture and care for your whole self — body, mind, and spirit. My hope is to help you feel deeply grounded, fully restored, and reconnected to your natural balance — so you can live fully, freely, and joyfully.
