Hi, I’m Misty Rice, a licensed massage therapist and the owner of Texas Touch Massage & Wellness.

My approach to massage is intuitive, intentional, and rooted in truly listening to the body. I believe healing happens when we slow down, create space, and allow the body to do what it was designed to do — restore and heal.

I know firsthand that self-care isn’t always easy. Like many of my clients, I’ve walked through seasons where caring for myself came second. That lived experience shapes how I show up in my work — with compassion, patience, and deep respect for where each person is in their wellness journey.

Each session is thoughtfully tailored, drawing from intuitive Swedish massage, deep tissue work, lymphatic support, body wraps, exfoliation rituals, and holistic therapies designed to help the body reset. My goal is never to rush or “fix,” but to support the body in a way that feels safe, effective, and restorative.

Texas Touch Massage & Wellness was created to be more than a massage studio. It’s a welcoming space where people can slow down, reconnect, and commit to long-term wellness. I’m deeply committed to this work and to the community I serve, and I’m in this for the long haul. I look forward to walking this wellness journey with you, one session at a time.
