House of Self is more than traditional massage work, although traditional massage is offered, House of Self believes that the whole body system can have deeper healing when addressing the energy body along with the physical body.

The body & mind need to feel relaxed and safe in order for muscles to be willing to relax. Often we are stuck in a cycle of fight or flight mode from the chaos of our daily lives. Working with both systems helps to allow the body an opportunity to relax and recharge to its fullest possible potential.

Energy Healing plus Massage Therapy combines the ancient practices of energy healing and therapeutic massage to promote overall wellness. By focusing on both the body's energy system and physical tension, this holistic approach helps to release stress, alleviate pain, and restore balance. The energy healing techniques I use, Reiki and Chakra balancing are used alongside targeted massage techniques, fostering relaxation, improving circulation, and supporting the body's natural ability to heal. This unique therapy offers a comprehensive, mind-body experience, enhancing emotional and physical well-being.
