House of Self is more than traditional massage work, although traditional massage is offered, House of Self believes that the whole body system can have deeper healing when addressing the energy body along with the physical body.

The body & mind need to feel relaxed and safe in order for muscles to be willing to relax. Often we are stuck in a cycle of fight or flight mode from the chaos of our daily lives. Working with both systems helps to allow the body an opportunity to relax and recharge to its fullest possible potential.
