Generational wealth means a lot more to be than riches. It's health, longevity and productivity. I spent years in an unhealthy cycle of not creating consistent self routines. I was also in a lot of pain for years that healthcare physicians couldn't always explain, stress and mental agony from emotional wounds. I started searching for relief on my own.

Stress, trauma, sadness, exhaustion, lack of peace and more often gets trapped in the body. Massage therapy became such a calming relief for me. I had such a deep desire to help others who struggled with pain and stress and thats how I knew my purpose would be in health and wellness.

I like to focus on Swedish massages that help provide for relaxation to the nervous and muscular system. I want to focus on a form of alternative medicine that can provide not only physical relaxation, but mental and emotional wellness.
