As an experienced yoga instructor, and Board Certified Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork professional, my primary goal is to establish and nurture a strong connection with my community and clients.

With a diverse background in travel, and extensive studies in breath work, somatics, anatomy, movement, and birth work, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my practices. Throughout my life, I have dedicated myself to reading and learning about health, healing, wellness, physical anatomy, and the mind-body-spirit connection.

Specializing in kinetics, Deep Tissue Orthopedic work, as well as CranioSacral Therapy (CST) and breath work, I am committed to continuously expanding my expertise to better serve my community and provide exceptional care for my clients.

Over the past decade, I have been teaching yoga, honing my understanding of movement and anatomy while actively pursuing my 500-hour Yoga Alliance approved training. Additionally, I am currently working towards my CranioSacral Therapist Certification.
