At Awaken Healing + Massage, we know that you are much more than just your physical body. We believe it is important to address all layers of the Self.

Our therapists live in balance and create a safe space for others to center into their True Self through multiple forms of self care.

Through a holistic approach, we achieve awareness in the physical body, mental body, emotional body, and spiritual parts of ourselves.

Holistic health recognizes that these different aspects of a person are interconnected and interdependent, and that addressing one area of health can positively impact other areas.

Whether your session is to shine light on the parts you are healing or to maintain your peace because your pain has been processed, we know that massage and bodywork as well as yoga, sound healing and Kambo are vital to living a top quality life free from pain and full of love.
