As the co-founder of Stretch ‘N’ Motion, she specializes in assisted stretching and massage therapy to promote mobility, relaxation, and pain relief. Her focus is on providing effective, hands-on wellness solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

Joslyn’s journey in wellness began with her own transformation—learning firsthand how movement can change not just the body, but the mind as well. She brings that same dedication to her clients, helping them create sustainable self-care habits that support their lifestyle.

Originally from Colorado and now serving the DMV area, Joslyn stays active through running, spending time with her sweet pupperoni, Jaco, and embracing her creative side—whether that’s baking a cake or bringing someone’s creative vision to life.
