As a National Board Certified Reflexologist, Health Coach and yoga instructor, Suzanne intergrates a variety of healing modalities such as Ayurvedic Marma Point Therapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Each session is designed specifically for the client and their needs. Careful consideration is given to address health concerns. As a result, Suzanne's clients feel relaxed, cared for, and more grounded.

What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a science and an art based on the principle that there are microcosms (mini-maps) of the entire body mirrored on the feet hands and ears (and other places). Pressure applied to specific points on these microcosms helps to promote natural balance within the body, soothing the nervous system, improving circulation and reducing stress. These techniques stimulate pressure sensors, triggering a relaxation response through out the body.

Benefits of Reflexology
Reflexology works as a stress reducer in the nervous system, promoting beneficial efects for the entire body. It works through a subtle energy flow and zones in the feet through the nervous system and by dispersing Substance P which accumulates at nerve endings. Reflexology encourages good health, promotes relaxation, helps to reduce pain, and may improve sleep.

Session Availability & Locations
Suzanne has session times at Bliss Day Spa in Kingston, WA on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays. She also offers mobile at-home services in the greater Kitsap and Bainbridge Island areas on Fridays and Saturdays by appointment. A credit card will be required to hold all first appointments.
