With a strong focus on sports massage, my practice is centered around:

-Addressing and improving range of motion issues

-Decreasing risk of injury during sports/exercise/active hobbies

-Decreasing instances of DOMS(delayed onset muscle soreness) after sport/exercise/active hobbies

-Aiding in muscle recovery

-Helping you feel your best so you can keep doing what you love!

I utilize a combination of the modalities learned during my schooling at the National Holistic Institute coupled with my continuing education in Sports Massage through AMTA.
Every session I provide is 100% customized to fit my individual clients’ needs (no predetermined sequences here!)

Services offered:
I offer 60, 90, and 120 minute sessions utilizing an integrated approach to suit my clients' individual needs as well as 2-5 hour corporate chair massage services.
