I graduated from Blue Sky, School of Massage Therapy in 2003. Fresh out of school I opened my own practice Le Mani Massage Studio, LLC but, I was young and naive. I decided to close my practice, change location and got the opportunity to work with Chiropractors, in a Spa, and in corporate massage at Massage Envy. Now, with more knowledge of the industry, I am back to private practice.

My massage style uses a variety of techniques from gentle energy work to firm pressure. I tend to work areas of tension with precision, taking time to make sure blood flow is restored to the area of concern, breaking the pain cycle.

In addition to my Massage Education, I am also a Certified Holistic Health Provider, and Certified Bach Flower Specialist.

As a Holistic Health Provider I enjoy sharing my knowledge of health as it applies to the body as a cohesive unit. As a Bach Flower Specialist, I enjoy helping my clients balance their emotions and how they respond to life's twists and turns, in thought and emotion.
