Each session is intuitive and personalized, weaving together grounded touch with energetic awareness to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deep restoration.

My work is rooted in the understanding that the body holds our stories. Through intentional touch, breath, and vibration, we create space for those stories to soften, shift, and integrate. Whether you’re carrying stress, trauma, grief, or simply feeling disconnected, this is a place to come home to yourself.

In addition to body-based healing, I offer support as an end-of-life doula and plant medicine integration coach, holding space for life’s most tender thresholds with compassion, presence, and reverence.
