I am a licensed massage therapist and owner of Grounded Hands, proudly serving clients since 2020 and expanding to two exceptional wellness locations. At 360 Wellness in Manchester, I bring my expertise to a versatile space offering deep tissue, Thai massage with assisted stretching, lymphatic massage, Swedish massage, hot stone therapy, and more. Beyond massage, 360 Wellness provides red light therapy, sauna, cryotherapy, Zumba, and basketball coaching, creating a hub for holistic health, movement, and self-care. Every session is delivered with passion, rooted spirituality, and skill, providing a safe space and effective results for each client.

Grounded Hands has also expanded to HER Studios, a gym dedicated to women’s wellness and fitness, offering a safe environment for growth physically, mentally, and spiritually. Here, I provide deep tissue massage and women-centered services such as maderoterapia (body sculpting with traditional wooden tools), prenatal massage, and fitness-supporting therapies like Thai massage and assisted stretching. HER Studios features an upstairs wellness center with massage therapy and sauna, a downstairs fitness area with gym equipment, spinning classes, and a yoga studio, and classes led by various coaches to support all aspects of women’s health. This location is passionate about creating a welcoming community where women feel empowered, nurtured, and supported on their wellness journeys.

At both locations, my mission is to combine technical skill, intention, and a rooted spiritual approach, providing every client with a safe, personalized experience that nurtures mind, body, and spirit.
