I’m Paula Scheftic, a Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Master with years of hands-on experience helping clients relieve pain, reduce stress, improve mobility, and feel more comfortable in their bodies.

My approach is personalized because every body is different, and what you need can change from one session to the next. I take the time to listen to what you’re experiencing and consider your lifestyle, activity level, posture, areas of tension, and history before tailoring your session.

My work can be deep and therapeutic when needed, but I don’t believe effective massage has to involve excessive pain. I work intentionally with your body’s response, gradually addressing tight muscles, restricted fascia, and patterns of tension rather than simply applying more pressure.
