Welcome to my website! I am not your average massage therapist: I specialize in women's wellness (which means I do not massage men); I believe, wholeheartedly, in the therapeutic aspect of massage therapy; and I don't think there is anyone beyond help. I offer trigger point therapy, deep tissue, prenatal, hot stone, and basic massage options. Along with the massage types, I also offer add-on options, like a steam sauna, face massage, and aromatherapy scalp massage.

As a certified life, health, and wellness coach I find it important to connect the dots when it comes to wellness, which means that our mental/emotional state has an effect on our body. Not only do I offer relaxing, yet therapeutic massage therapy sessions, but I also provide a safe, confidential, and judgment free atmosphere if you want to let go of any mental/emotional thoughts that might be weighing on your muscles. (This is not to be mistaken with therapy, as I am not qualified for that.)
