My journey into massage therapy began after a life-changing car accident in high school, where I experienced firsthand the profound healing benefits of massage.

Inspired by the therapists who aided in my recovery, I pursued a career in massage therapy, graduating with 815 credit hours and certifications in 13 modalities. I began my first massage practice in 2012. My expertise lies in pain relief, sports massage, and injury recovery, utilizing techniques such as deep tissue, stretching, trigger point, and structural integration.

What sets my approach apart is my holistic focus on realignment and overall wellness. I consider the intricate connections between body, mind, and lifestyle, addressing factors like sleep position, footwear, and exercise habits to provide comprehensive care. My goal is to educate and empower clients to take ownership of their health.

Outside the treatment room, you can find me curled up with a good book, exploring new destinations, or taking to the skies as an avid skydiver. I am passionate about helping others discover the transformative power of massage therapy.
