My teaching journey has led me to specialize in gentle, restorative practices, with a particular love for yin yoga, hands-on assists, and creating spaces where students can truly relax. I hold a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification and am also certified in Thai Yoga Bodywork, blending movement, breath, and therapeutic touch into my offerings.

Whether I’m guiding a yoga class, offering bodywork, or sharing a few moments of stillness, my goal is always the same: to help people feel more centered, supported, and at ease. I believe that even a few mindful minutes can make a meaningful difference in how we move through our day.
