I’m Rachel Ostrowski, Licensed Massage Therapist and founder of Bliss Oasis Retreat in Marion, Ohio.

For over 11 years, I have been helping people reduce pain, recover from physical stress, regulate their nervous system, and reconnect with their bodies through therapeutic wellness services. What began as a passion for massage therapy has evolved into a broader focus on recovery, nervous system regulation, and helping clients create space for healing in a world that rarely slows down.

Like many of us, there was I time when i spent my days pushing through stress, chronic tension, pain, poor sleep, injuries, and the demands of work and family life. Over time, the body adapts by remaining in a constant state of tension and alertness. I have learned there is another way to operate, and my goal is to help clients interrupt that cycle and provide their bodies with an opportunity to rest, recover, and restore.

At Bliss Oasis Retreat, I take a personalized approach to wellness, combining therapeutic massage, pain management techniques, recovery-focused services, and wellness technologies designed to support the body’s natural healing processes.
