It is nice to meet you, and I am excited that you are here! I am very passionate about being the person who possibly helps you on your journey with bodywork. I am a firm believer that it is important to take care of your body in order to keep doing the things you love.

I do specialize in Sports and Medical massage, as I would not be the therapist for you if you are seeking relaxation massage.

I live a fairly active lifestyle as I am an avid lifter in the weight room myself as I've been in the gym for over 17 years. I am also a fan of the alternative life with different/unconventional music choices in my treatment room, and I enjoy doing my makeup that would be considered eccentric. I am a mother of two and we certainly enjoy being out and active in our lives.
