Lisa’s professional journey into therapeutic healing work has been an intuitive and heart guided one. Following an early career in professional management, Lisa has come to discover and immerse herself in the teaching of vital holistic, energetic, therapeutic and science-based modalities such as; Corrective Exercise, Personal Training, Tai Chi, Reiki, and Yoga.

Because of Lisa’s deeply held belief in the profound connection between our emotional selves and our physical lives; it naturally led her to attending Massage Therapy School.

With massage therapy as a compliment to her toolbox of therapies, Lisa looks forward to offering clients professional muscular massage therapy, with a focus on whole person wellness, via trauma informed, body affirming acceptance and supported healthy balanced body mechanics as a vital element of authentic self-care.

Lisa LaPlante is a fully insured, licensed Massage Therapist who will take into account the details of your whole self when creating a treatment plan for muscular therapy.

Lisa enjoys working with people of all ages and fitness abilities; encouraging them to recognize their potential, improve confidence and find inspiration in their own strengths. She approaches her healing work with a welcoming and affirming approach, resulting in stronger, happier bodies, and more vibrant spiritual and emotional lives.

Combining her spiritual leadership with advanced therapeutic healing arts practices, Lisa enjoys facilitating Spiritual Retreats and Yoga Workshops. She also loves spending time walking the beach in off seasons, or being home with her cat, music and her husband and teenaged son.
