With nearly two decades of experience, I offer a variety of massage therapies, from relaxing Swedish to deeper work like deep tissue and shiatsu. My goal is to help you feel better in your body – whether you're dealing with stress, aches and pains, or just want to unwind and relax.

All sessions start at 60 minutes, giving you plenty of time to relax and unwind. However, if you’re looking for an even deeper experience or want extra time to focus on specific areas, you’re welcome to add additional time to your session. Many clients find that a 90-minute session allows for a more thorough and rejuvenating treatment. It’s completely up to you—choose what feels right for your body and your needs. I’m here to make your session as perfect and personalized as possible!

Please book your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to allow me time to confirm. However, the sooner you book, the better, to secure your preferred time!
