On-Site Chair Massage
Chair Massage is performed in a specially designed chair with your clothes on. It is excellent for relaxation and more, depending on the technique(s) used by your massage therapist. Requires 3 hours, unless other arrangements are made with me

Trigger point therapy focuses on the release of tension around specific nerve centers found throughout your body. It is great for relieving cramped and overused muscles.
Swedish
Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow
90 Minute Sports
Sports massage uses a variety of massage techniques designed to help your body feel freer and stronger. It is particularly great for those with active lifestyles.
90 Minute NMR
A longer session of specific muscle testing to evaluate weaknesses and imbalances. The extra times allows me to more fully address the chronic patterns that we all hold.

I will bring my table to your residence for a massage. All modalities are available for Out Call. I can add Hot Stones, Cupping or Kinesio Tape for $10 extra
